  • other information relevant to organising the walking holiday that you have booked with us.

  • Organise your walking holiday.

We may share your information with other organisations that are directory involved with delivering your walking holiday. This may include:

  • The hotels, inns and guest houses where you will be staying.
  • The operator transferring your luggage.
  • The taxi firm transferring you to and from the route, if required.

What informtion will we share

We only share information that is absolutely essential to the successful delivery of your walking holiday. This will include:

  • The name and mobile telephone number, if provided, for the lead member of your party.
  • The names of each of the party members.
  • The ages of any party members who are under 18.
  • Any dietary requirements or other allergies that you advise us of on your booking form.
  • The feedback you give on your feedback form, if you have given us the approval to do so.

We specialise in providing walking holidays in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Pembrokeshire and Somerset. We are enthusiastic about outdoor pursuits and have experienced climbing, canoeing, skiing, caving and potholing and windsurfing as well as walking throughout the UK, France, Spain, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

We use our experience to provide self-guided, pack-free walking holidays, tailored to the requirements and abilities of our clients.
